C.Brandauer, a leading Birmingham based independent manufacturer of high-precision metal components have recently purchased 3 new Wilmat Die Handlers, 2 Semi Powered and 1 Fully Powered for transporting and loading press tools from racks into machines.
Don Walters, C.Brandauer’s Operations Manager explained ‘the main benefit was always planned around improving Health and Safety by reducing the need manual handling. We have significantly reduced the risk of muscular skeletal injury and consequential accidents associated with bending and twisting by removing the need for manual lifting, which has directly contributed to improved health and safety key performance indicators and provided the team with a safer and much more controlled method of transporting tooling.’
Mr Walters went on to say that Wilmat fulfilled the order on time and is delighted with the quality of the machines. Wilmat and C.Brandauer look forward to a continued working relationship for years to come.
